Making Vanilla Bean Frappuccino without coffee
Our recipe will show you how to make your very own Vanilla bean frappuccino, but the recipe and ingredients can be used for any frappuccino, just change out the flavorings!
You will need:
- Vanilla Extract
- Ice
- Heavy Cream or Double Cream
- Whipped Cream
- 3 scoops of Vanilla bean Ice cream
- Xanthan Gum (optional)
Equipment:
- Blender or Large Glass Jar with Lid
- Straw (optional)
With any frappuccino, you’ll start the process by putting all of the base ingredients into your blender or jar. Everything except your whipped cream and toppings should be included.
If you’re using a blender, pulse the mixture to crush the ice and then blend the drink until smooth.
If you’re making your frappuccino with a jar, add your liquid ingredients first before adding five or six ice cubes into the mix. Tightly fasten the lid of your jar and shake it up. Depending on the desired consistency of your drink, you will want to shake the jar vigorously for one to two minutes.

We recommend experimenting with different brands of syrup, swapping the ice cubes for frozen milk, or replacing the whole milk base with cream for a more decadent treat.
